Check a factory's halal certificate
Type a company name to see its halal certification exactly as JAKIM records it - reference numbers, certified products, and each product's expiry date.
JAKIM records captured on 6 August 2026.
How to read these records
- The certificate reference (e.g. JAKIM.700-2/3/1) encodes the scheme. Code 1 = product certification, code 8 = contract manufacturing (OEM).
- Expiry dates attach to PRODUCTS, not the factory. JAKIM's company record carries no validity date, so we never give a factory a single valid or expired status.
- A factory holding only the OEM certificate lists no products of its own - it manufactures under its clients' certificates.
Limits of this capture
- • Covers the OEM category only. Factories certified under other categories (food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical) are not included.
- • JAKIM's directory lists only currently valid certificates. A revoked certificate simply disappears - we can only detect that at the next sync.
- • For an authoritative answer, use the JAKIM portal. This site is not a certification authority.
